ARC review: I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of this book and having just fallen in love with the series was so happy to get the third in the series early so I could dive right in。 It doesn’t disappoint！ The action， the plot and the spice are all fantastically done， and I have a new villain to despise - seriously the rage I feel at Mab。 The world building is complex and sophisticated as we learn more about the Fae realm in this one， the glossary of names is certainly useful。 This book t ARC review: I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of this book and having just fallen in love with the series was so happy to get the third in the series early so I could dive right in。 It doesn’t disappoint！ The action， the plot and the spice are all fantastically done， and I have a new villain to despise - seriously the rage I feel at Mab。 The world building is complex and sophisticated as we learn more about the Fae realm in this one， the glossary of names is certainly useful。 This book takes a darker turn than the first two and it gets fairly gruesome and gory at parts， there are also several elements that could be triggering so do look at the warnings first。 Also it’s a cliffhanger and my heart is bleeding for Caldris and Estrella。 5* and would highly recommend。 （One point， I really missed Holt and the Wild hunt in this one and hope we see them again soon！） 。。。more

When you’re gutted by the prologue you know you’re in for a real treat of a book！！ Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️Welcome to another review where I try to give you my thoughts on a book while I sit here astounded by the audacity that was the ending！！ First let me start off by saying if Harper L。 Woods writes it…I’m going to read it because it’s going to be amazing！ Like there’s nothing I have read by her so far that hasn’t been a 5 star read in my opinion。 I will say this before I dive any dee When you’re gutted by the prologue you know you’re in for a real treat of a book！！ Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️Welcome to another review where I try to give you my thoughts on a book while I sit here astounded by the audacity that was the ending！！ First let me start off by saying if Harper L。 Woods writes it…I’m going to read it because it’s going to be amazing！ Like there’s nothing I have read by her so far that hasn’t been a 5 star read in my opinion。 I will say this before I dive any deeper into this review though， please check the TWs for this book as there are topics mentioned that may make some readers uncomfortable。 Now onto the review for What Lurks Between the Fates。 I will start this by saying this will be as vague as I can make it as this is book three in an amazing series and I would hate to give anything away！！ In the 3rd installment from the Of Flesh & Bone series， we pick up immediately where book 2 leaves off and I do mean immediately， like I had to take a min to digest what I was getting into this time around because truly the prologue was devastating （in the best way）！！！ Once again our main characters find themselves in the midst of fighting for their lives， their freedom， their happiness and heck they’re really fighting for the lives， freedom and happiness of all the Fae this time around。 All while trying to maneuver court politics， relationships both platonic and romantic， as well as secrets still yet to be revealed。 On top of all that they’re up against a villain that is going to test their love， resolve， loyalty， strength， and just about every other nameable emotion along the way though。 Because this time the villain came to play， and she plays for keeps because our villain simply has to much to lose！！ I know that all seems really vague， but truly there’s no way to give you any hints to the plot of this story without spoilers for this book as well as the first two books， so if you’re reading this going this is way to vague but I need to know more！ I nightly recommend going back to the beginning and diving head first into what is one of my favorite series！！ Now onto the characters！ I didn’t think I could love Estrella and Caelum more but when I say Harper L。 Woods has done it again… I am not lying！！ Estrella is the perfect balance of strong， sassy， take no crud FMC while still maintaining this beautifully caring and loving heart。 Despite the constant pushback against her in all the books but especially this one！ I loved the way Estrella was written to have handled everything thrown at her in this book with unbeatable ferocity and compassion （at least for those who deserved it）！！ And Caelum， I mean what is there to say， if you’re looking for one of the most perfect morally grey， burn the world for her and not think twice about it， book boyfriend then look no further。 I just loved that when with Estrella， Caelum was ready and willing to give her his whole heart， soul and being… his happiness being found in just the ability to love her。 I love that builds her up， and let’s her fight her battles while still being a protective alpha male and stepping in to offer his protection not because he believes she’s weak but because he WANTS to protect her！！ I just love that Caelum excludes the perfect amount of alphahole protector while being head over heels in love with everything about Estrella。 They’re truly one of my favorite OTPs of all time！ Overall， this book is an amazing addition to what is one of my personal favorite series of all time。 If romantasy is one of your top genres than you can’t go wrong with What Lurks Between the Fates。 I mean we’ve got Fae politics， unsolved mysteries， interesting powers， hidden pasts， and a romance that basically sets the page on fire… where could you go wrong？！ Add this one to the top of your TBR immediately！！ HAPPY READING 📖 。。。more
